     Last December 2014 we released the official trailer of Alimuom ng Kahapon, since then the trailer got  21,547 views and 87 likes.  Now I am sharing it again with you.

     The trailer's song is Tatakas Tayo composed and performed by Marq Dollentes, while the lyrics was written by Malo Cruz and Marq Dollentes.

     Alimuom ng Kahapon is a film about relationships that develop amidst contrasting ideals and principles. It is set inManila when the country is embattled by scams involving pork barrels. Just like Alimuom, there could be unwanted secrets that get released in the open.

     The film stars Star Circle Quest 2004 alumnus DM Sevilla who plays the role of Nathan, a lifestyle photographer who was sent as a reliever to cover a rally for the newspaper he is working for. His attention was caught by Emman, a student activist, who was rallying against tuition fee increase. Emman is played by the 2006 Golden Screen Awards Breakthrough Performance by an Actor, Angelo Ilagan.

     The film also stars Manuel Chua, Sebastian Castro, Marq Dollentes, Rex Lantano and Ford Fernandez.  Also starring are Alizon Andres, Godofredo Dela Cruz, JR., Abigail Lazaro, and Siege Ledesma, with the special participation of Jong Cuenco, Fray Paolo Granados Casurao, and Angelina Kanapi. The screenplay was written by Rosswil H. Hilario, Rolando Inocencio, and Julius Lumiqued and directed by Rosswil H. Hilario under Mountain Trail Films.

DM Sevilla Play Nathan in Alimuom ng Kahapon

     Star Circle Quest 2004 alumnus, DM Sevilla, plays the role of Nathan in the up coming independent film Alimuom ng Kahapon.  

     Alimuom ng Kahapon is a film about  relationships that develop amidst contrasting ideals and principles. It is set in Metro Manila when the country is embattled by scams involving pork barrels. Just like Alimuom, there could be unwanted secrets that get released in the open.

     
     Nathan is a life style photographer who was assigned to cover a student demonstration near the university belt in Manila City.  This particular coverage made his life more exciting and complicated.

  

     Alimuom Ng Kahapon also stars Angelo Ilagan and supported by Manuel Chua, Sebastian Castro, Marq Dollentes, Rex Lantano, Ford Fernandez, Alizon Andres, Godofredo de la Cruz, Jr., Fray Paolo Granados Casurao, Abigail Lazaro and Siege Ledesma with special participation of Jong Cuenco and Angelina Kanapi.  The film is directed by Rosswil H. Hilario under Mountain Trail Productions, to be release in cinemas early of 2015

     Kapag pumatak na ang ulan ng Mayo sa isang matinding tag-init, umuusbong ang ALIMUOM. Kahit nakapagbibigay ito ng sakit sa kung sino mang makakaamoy nito, tao man o hayop, ito ay nagbibigay hudyat sa atin na tapos na ang tag-araw at simula na ng malamig na tag-ulan...bagong panahon, bagong pag-asa, bagong pagibig...

     Ang Alimuom ng Kahapon ay isang pelikulang tungkol sa relasyong nabubuo mula sa pagkakaroon ng magkaibang ideolohiya at paniniwala.  Ang mga pangyayari ay naganap sa Maynila kung kalian ang bansa ay binubugbog ng Pork barrel scam. At tulad ng Alimuom, may mga sekretong maaaring umalingasaw.

     Ang Alimuom ng Kahapon ay pinagbibidahan ng Star Circle Quest 2004 alumnus, DM Sevilla sa natatanging pagganap niya bilang si Nathan, isang lifestyle photographer na napilitang mag-cover ng isang demostrasyon para sa pahayagang pinagtatrabahuan. Sa rally nya nakita si Emman, isang estudyanting aktibista na nakikibaka laban sa pagtaas ng matrikula. Si Emman ay ginampanan ng 2006 Golden Screen Awards Breakthrough Performance by an Actor, Angelo Ilagan. Nabuo ang interes ni Nathan kay Emman at sinimulang sundan niya ang aktibista sa iba pang mga rally para makunan ng litrato. Nagkakilala ang dalawa ng kanilang iniwasan ang isang kaguluhang naganap. Nabuo ang isang espesyal na relasyon, subalit hindi naging maayos, laging puno ng kontradiksyon, at hindi pagkasunduan dahil sa kanilang magkaibang sitwasyon at paniniwala.
